Description
Administers insurance, incident management, contract administration, records retention, and litigation support activities that support organizational compliance, governance, and risk mitigation efforts. Applies independent judgment within established policies and procedures to evaluate issues, coordinate resolutions, maintain accurate records, and recommend appropriate actions. Partners with internal stakeholders, brokers, carriers, and legal counsel to support the effective administration of insurance and legal risk management processes.

SCHEDULE
Full Time; this is a hybrid schedule with some weekly in office expectation, based on business need.
To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully.
- Manages intake, documentation, and tracking of insurable events, including property damage, employee injuries, and member incidents.
- Coordinates claim administration activities by gathering documentation, preparing summaries, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and brokers.
- Monitors incoming insurance-related communications (email, ServiceNow, reporting tools) and ensures timely follow-up.
- Tracks OSHA reporting requirements, workers’ compensation timelines, and other insurance-related compliance obligations.
- Coordinates insurance renewal processes by collecting required data from business units.
- Manages insurance records, schedules, and documentation repositories.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports regarding insurable operational incidents, claims, and related insurance metrics.
- Reviews and administers low-risk vendor contracts.
- Reviews contract insurance requirements for compliance with organizational standards and risk management requirements.
- Manages incident, claim, contract, and legal matter records within designated case management and tracking systems.
- Administers litigation holds, document preservation efforts, and collection of records for discovery and regulatory requests.
- Coordinates privacy and records retention activities, including records inventory, retention, and secure disposition.
- Tracks litigation-related insurance notifications and deadlines.
- Collaborates with Legal, HR, Facilities, Risk, and other business units to coordinate insurance, privacy, and legal compliance activities.
- Coordinates with brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate information sharing and process execution.

Education and Experience
- Typically requires minimum of 2 years related experience
