Description
The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist supports the execution of Member Service sales behaviors, sales incentive priorities, and playbook adoption by translating Sales Operations strategies into field-ready tools, communications, reporting insights, and behavior-based action plans. Reporting to the Manager of Sales Incentives, this role partners with Sales Operations, Marketing and Communication, Talent & Member Development, Member Service leadership, and other business partners to improve sales behavior adoption, campaign execution, member experience outcomes, and frontline performance. The role ensures sales plays, incentive priorities, coaching resources, and performance insights are aligned and consistently reinforced across branch and service center teams.

SCHEDULE
Full Time; this is a hybrid schedule with some weekly in office expectation, based on business need.
* This role requires frequent interaction with frontline teams in our branch network. Travel within Utah to local branches is expected, along with occasional travel to other states within our footprint, up to 30% of the time.

Sales Behavior Playbook Execution & Adoption
- Support development and execution of Member Service sales plays, behavior standards, and coaching resources.
- Translate Sales Operations priorities into clear frontline actions, tools, and execution guides.
- Monitor adoption and effectiveness of sales plays and recommend improvements to support performance outcomes. .
Sales Behavior Enablement & Leader Coaching Support
- Partner with Talent & Member Development to support sales skill development and behavior reinforcement.
- Develop coaching tools, job aids, and leader resources that improve frontline execution.
- Identify skill and knowledge gaps using performance data, incentive results, and member feedback.
Incentive-Aligned Sales Enablement
- Translate incentive priorities into actionable sales behaviors and frontline expectations.
- Support leaders with tools and insights that improve sales effectiveness and member outcomes.
- Analyze performance trends and recommend actions to improve adoption, engagement, and results.
Sales Process, Campaign, and Incentive Alignment
- Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing to support campaign execution and member growth initiatives.
- Ensure sales plays, campaign messaging, incentive priorities, and frontline expectations are aligned.
- Support ethical sales practices, explicit consent standards, and process documentation requirements.
Adoption, Communication, and Field Readiness
- Develop communications and resources that support adoption of sales initiatives and incentive priorities.
- Coordinate readiness activities for new sales plays, campaigns, and program launches.
Gather field feedback and identify opportunities to improve adoption, effectiveness, and user experience.
Leader Coaching, Measurement, and Behavior Reinforcement
- Support coaching frameworks that reinforce sales behaviors, member-centric practices, and performance expectations.
- Provide reporting and insights that help leaders identify coaching opportunities and performance gaps.
- Facilitate feedback loops between frontline leaders, Sales Incentives, and Sales Operations teams.
Performance Measurement & Insights
- Develop reporting that measures adoption, effectiveness, and impact of sales enablement initiatives.
- Monitor trends related to sales plays, campaigns, incentives, coaching activities, and member outcomes.
- Identify performance gaps and provide actionable recommendations that support business objectives.

Education and Experience
- Typically requires minimum of 5 years in sales enablement, training, or sales operations, preferably in financial services or member-focused environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience required.
Knowledge & Skills
- Possesses thorough knowledge and application of methods or procedures in sales enablement, sales process, and communication.
- Knowledge of sales enablement and a strong ability to align sales training and sales processes is essential.
