The Senior Creative Producer is responsible for leading the end-to-end planning and execution of video and photo production initiatives for the Marketing and Communications team. This role operates as a senior individual contributor, owning production strategy, logistics, and delivery across multiple concurrent projects. This role partners closely with creative leadership, marketing stakeholders, and external partners to balance creative vision, timelines, and budget constraints. The Senior Creative Producer makes informed decisions on production approach, resources, and tradeoffs to ensure high-quality deliverables are executed efficiently and align with business priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating complex, fast-paced production environments where independent judgment, collaboration, and problem-solving are critical to success.

SCHEDULE
Full Time
- Owns end-to-end production planning and execution for video and photo shoots across multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Develops and manages comprehensive production plans, including timelines, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and logistics.
- Partners with art and video directors, video producers, videographers, creative team, and cross-functional stakeholders to align production execution with campaign objectives and business priorities.
- Evaluates production needs, risks, and constraints (timeline, budget, resources), and makes recommendations to optimize outcomes.
- Leads pre-production planning, including call sheets, shot lists, location logistics, travel coordination, and production readiness activities
- Manages and negotiates production budgets, vendor contracts, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and production value.
- Oversees selection, hiring, and coordination of external vendors, freelance crew, talent, and production partners.
- Ensures all production-related legal documentation is completed, including contracts, releases, vendor and location agreements.
- Ensures all video and photo deliverables are completed on time, in full, and on budget.
- Provides direction and oversight to vendors and contractors to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with creative expectations.
- Proactively identifies and resolves production challenges, adapting plans as needed to ensure all stages of production are successful delivery.
- Drives continuous improvement in production workflows, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Serves as a trusted partner to creative and marketing teams on production feasibility, timelines, and execution strategy.

- Advanced experience managing complex photo and video production projects from planning through delivery.

- Experience managing vendors, talent, contractors, locations, and external production partners.
- Working knowledge of production documentation, scheduling workflows, contracts, and legal considerations.

- Ability to anticipate challenges, evaluate alternatives, and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in film production, communications, marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in creative production, video production, agency production, or related field.
- Experience managing end-to-end production for marketing campaigns or organizational communications.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and production logistics across multiple concurrent projects.
Computer / Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management or workflow tools (Adobe Workfront preferred).
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows.
- General familiarity with video and photo production processes, tools, and terminology.
Managerial Responsibility
This role does not have direct reports but provides direction and oversight to vendors, contractors, and production teams.
Interpersonal Skills
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills are required. Work involves frequent interaction with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate production and deliver results.
