Manage, develop and facilitate MACU’s professional development program with a main focus on Member Facing Teams. Study and research ways to further professional development and sales enablement. Measure effectiveness of professional development and sales enablement initiatives.

*Position may travel to other Mountain America locations depending on business need.

SCHEDULE

Full time: This is a hybrid schedule with the expectation of 2-3 days in the office/week

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty successfully.

· Possess and demonstrate required concepts, practices, procedures and skills in training, sales and communication in order to meet organizational needs and that of our Membership.

· Centralize sales training for all production managers using the AAA philosophy and sales coaching techniques that will be created and delivered by the Branch Professional Development Team

· Coordinate with relevant SVP’s and VP’s over applicable production areas and teams

· Manages areas of MACU’s Professional Development Program including scheduling, marketing and facilitation of professional development & sales courses.

· Measures Branch specific professional development courses for effectiveness, making necessary changes in order to meet organizational objectives. Utilizes data to make decisions and to influence stakeholders.

· Works strategically with key leaders to determine professional development & sales enablement needs.

· Assist with the Creation of new professional development courses to remain competitive and current.

· Portrays an image of confidence and professionalism through mannerisms, speech, attitude and appearance.

· Facilitates core program courses as needed.

· Assists in the planning and development of training, leadership, and sales learning events.

· Has knowledge & experience in sales content development, coaching and adult learning techniques and continue to innovate in these areas.

· Supports the execution of internal sales and member experience initiatives by determining knowledge needs and implementing solutions in collaboration with other stakeholders.

· Other duties as assigned.

Experience

Seven or more years’ experience in related field.

Education

Four-year college degree or equivalent experience

Computer/Office Equipment Skills

Advanced to expert in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Symitar.
