Follows specific guidelines and procedures to prepare, examine, and fund loan documents within the Indirect Lending Department. Provide Customer Service to internal and external customers.

SCHEDULE

To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully:
- Successfully and accurately processes an average of 7% – 9.4% of the total applications received by the department per day while maintaining a 75% assigned book to application ratio.
- Communicate with Dealerships, members and potential members to obtain the information necessary to complete and fund the application.
- Works closely with the Indirect Loan Officers, when contracts do not match approval, in order to ensure complete and accurate funding of loans.
- Ensures timely, accurate funding on loans and maintains a fiduciary responsibility to the credit union when funding loans to dealers.
- Audits dealer loan applications for accuracy.
- Comply with all regulations as required by law as it relates to this position.
- Provides timely wire transfers for funding, when necessary.
- Balance teller totals at the end of the day.
- Ability to manage own time to meet daily and monthly goals.
- Provide quality service (AAA) to members, potential members and dealers when answering the telephone and greeting visitors to ensure quality service to members and employees.
- Make and return phone calls as required.
- Complete annual corporate online training
- Performs other duties as required.

Computer/Office Equipment Skills
Type a minimum of 35 words per minute. Basic computer operating skills (windows navigation, mouse/keyboard functionality) Intermediate to advanced level skill for Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
