SCHEDULE

Part-time flexible schedule, nights and weekends required

Quick to learn and ready and to step in and execute all necessary tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist events manager with planning on-site activation events, including sponsorship events/activation

  • Prepare recap reports after each event

  • As assigned, serve as the events team lead at events

  • At events: assess, advise and assist event attendees that have questions on Mountain America products or accounts

  • Prepare equipment and fleet vehicles for events

  • Upload sponsorship content to company website

  • Assist the team with new account promotions and company apparel order fulfillment

  • Send a weekly events recap report to events manager

  • Support the sponsorships and events team with managing the member discount page on company website

  • As assigned, help coordinate sponsorship contractual assets

  • Assist in the planning and execution of inventory logistics for various events

  • Assist in the preparation and assembly of mass event materials and collateral.

  • Helps track inventory of all event equipment and giveaway items.

  • Works flexible hours, night and weekend work may be required.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Currently attending an educational institution with an emphasis in

Business, Marketing, Sports Marketing, Communications or related field.

Managerial Responsibility

Has no supervisory/managerial responsibilities

Language Skills

Must have the ability to read, understand and carry out instructions in written and oral form.

PHYSICAL ABILITIES / WORKING CONDITIONS

Physical Demands

Ability to talk, hear, sit, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms consistently. Ability to stand, walk, kneel and crouch occasionally.

Ability to work nights and weekends regularly.
*In Office position at Mountain America Center

Distance Vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more)

Weight Lifted or Force Exerted

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally

Moderate to loud noise (printers and background in office and music, cheering and other noises at events)
