Description

As a Senior AI Skills Analyst, you will play a crucial role in proactively creating increasingly sophisticated data solutions, understanding where to leverage data for the most meaningful business insights using skills data from our recruiting, skills, HRIS, and learning technology solutions. Your expertise will help us enhance our product offerings and improve outcomes by building and integrating solutions to streamline data collection and analysis.

SCHEDULE

Full Time

Data Collection & Analysis:

  • Utilize AI and machine learning techniques to enhance data analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategies for collecting skills data from our HR products.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving tools.

Integration:

  • Build and maintain connections with standard integration practices/solutions to facilitate the seamless integration of skills data from various sources.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth system integration operations and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Document system integration processes and maintain up-to-date records of data flows.

Product Enhancement:

  • Work closely with product managers and developers to provide insights that drive the development and improvement of learning and recruiting products.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to enhance product features and functionalities.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Create detailed reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Document data processes, methodologies, and best practices for future reference.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners to gather and validate skills data.
  • Communicate complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

Experience

  • Six or more years experience implementing new processes or technology that enhance learning and/or skills experience.
  • Two or more years working on data migration and integration with APIs.
  • Six or more years working with a Learning Management System, skills platforms, or something similar.
  • Four or more years experience specifying reporting requirements, running system reports, and analyzing data from technology solutions.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree OR three years professional experience in a learning or technology setting required. Education must be from an accredited institution. Education and work experience will be verified.

Licenses, Certifications, Registrations

Managerial Responsibility

  • None

Computer/Office Equipment Skills

  • Experience administering technology solutions, learning, skills, or AI platforms required.
  • Thorough knowledge of system integration processes, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with data migration and integration using APIs.

Language Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex information verbally and in writing.

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize work.
  • Technical skills including understanding of system integrations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
